Meet the Team

Owner/Therapist
Darin Conway, LCSW
Welcome to Just Talk Therapy! I am Darin Conway, founder of Just Talk Therapy of Silicon Valley and a California licensed clinical social worker (# LCS28759). We build Just Talk Therapy to work with individuals, and their mental health challenges and we specialize in working with high risk clients struggling with various forms of ongoing mental illness.
I have spent the past 7 years running my own private practice working with clients struggling with everything from eating disorders to self harm, anxiety, depression, family conflict, peer conflict, bipolar disorder, substance use and abuse, grief and loss, gender identity and sexuality, and many other difficult to handle emotions and situations. Prior to private practice and throughout my years of training and licensure, I worked in a variety of organizational settings including domestic violence support, crisis response and working as a counselor in a high school setting. I helped CASSY (Counseling and Support Services for Youth) grow from at its first location at Los Gatos High School to include ten high schools and five middle schools in seven districts throughout the South Bay. I also worked as part of the Crisis Response Team at EMQ (now Pacific Clinics) performing suicide and homicide assessments for Santa Clara County. It has been an honor to work with so many families over the years who without our interventions might otherwise not have received mental health services they so desperately needed.

Having grown up and spent much of my adult life in the Bay Area, I have a thorough understanding of the complex nature of the stressors experienced by both individuals and their families living in such a vibrant, competitive area. By bringing this understanding to my work with clients, I am able to more thoroughly comprehend their struggles and help them develop strategies for managing those struggles.
When I'm not at work, you will find me enjoying my family (and our family dog) and taking advantage of the many great things the Bay Area has to offer like relaxing at the beach, hiking in the mountains or enjoying one of the myriad of wonderful restaurants our area offers.

Associate Marriage Family Therapist
Adriana Zuno
Hello, my name is Adriana Zuno, (AMFT #130561) and my role is to help you know and understand yourself better, feel more authentic, and to gain lifelong skills that will replace your defense or coping mechanisms. While exploring such delicate and vulnerable topics, my job is to guide you through your memories at your own pace, make you feel safe, accepted, and provide space for you to feel or delve into anything you mayneed to process. I will be by your side to facilitate change, but only you can truly change yourself.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you understand your self-worth through your own growth and experiences. What we encounter in life affects us but also makes us stronger as we survive it. You are strong and brave for taking this step to seek psychotherapy and making the commitment to work on yourself. I have experience working with children in a school setting, adolescents, and adults processing trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic lens is informed by cultural humility, the importance of relationships, relational patterns, and how our past experiences influence our present and future behaviors. I look forward to working together on this journey!
